Upward Roots invites volunteers to contribute to supporting Esperanza Elementary & Korematsu Discovery Academy in a meaningful way that demonstrates to these school communities that they matter and are loved.
There are many initiatives on campus and within the neighborhood blocks immediately surrounding the campus that will be the focus of volunteer efforts. Here are some of the activities:
Campus beautification, including removal of litter;
Gardening and planting; and,
Whatever else our partners need!
